La maison près de la Fontaine is a charming family home nestled in one of the Luberon's most beautiful perched villages, Saignon, nestled against the Bellevue rock.

Stretching out on a hilltop in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park, in an exceptional natural setting overlooking the Apt valley, the dynamic village of Saignon has a multitude of treasures to offer: steep streets with panoramic views, flower-filled squares adorned with fountains, a historical, cultural and gastronomic heritage, hiking trails, festivals and numerous local events...

The house by the fountain is ideally situated on the village's main square, which features a monumental fountain by Elzéar Sollier, adorned with allegorical statues of agriculture and industry.

This spacious village house, with its shaded terrace, can easily accommodate 10 people, and features a large living/dining room opening onto the terrace, and 5 very comfortable, tastefully decorated bedrooms.

Open all year round, it's the ideal place to discover the Luberon and Provence in all seasons.
 
The house by the fountain is also particularly well placed to welcome future brides and grooms and their families and friends. The village's town hall and church are just a minute's walk away, and the Abbey of Saint Eusèbe, dedicated to hosting exceptional events, is a 5-minute drive away.
